  20. TSRs are an MS-DOS invention - you would likely get moore help if you asked in
  21. an MS-DOS newsgroup, such as comp.os.msdos.programmer.  You should also look at
  22. ftp://rtfm.mit.edu to see if there is a FAQ for that group that might answer
  23. some of your questions.

  25. Also, look in the Simtel archives, at ftp://oak.oakland.edu or elsewhere, under
  26. the MS-DOS area - there may be info files, libraries, or sample programs there.
